    This study aimed to investigate the effect of Organization based Self Esteem (OBSE) and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) of foreign-owned bank in Cirebon. To obtain data, a sample of 103 employees was taken at several banks with foreign ownership status in Cirebon using an accidental sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that both OBSE and Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on the OCB of employees at several banks with foreign ownership status in Cirebon.

    Komunikasi yang efektif terjadi ketika seseorang yang menerima informasi memiliki pemahaman yang sama dengan yang mengirimkan-nya. Kemampuan komunikasi seseorang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas individu maupun kelompok. Komunikasi juga memiliki fungsi kontrol, fungsi memotivasi, fungsi untuk mengekspresikan perasaan, dan emosi, juga sebagai alat informasi. Setiap orang memiliki kecenderungan terhadap gaya komunikasi tertentu. Kecenderungan terhadap gaya komunikasi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh perpaduan antara hereditas dan faktor lingkungan seseorang. Gaya komunikasi adalah kombinasi dari berbagai komponen, seperti pola suara, gerak mata, ekspresi wajah. Agar dapat bekomunikasi dengan baik, gaya komunikasi kita harus fleksible, disesuaikan dengan situasi dan gaya komunikasi orang yang kita ajak bicara.

    The phenomenon that has occurred in recent years is that millennials feel more stressed than other generations who are older at work. Developing a bad habit due to many activities driven by instant life style may have add to this problem. This study examines the effect of habits, workload, and work environment on work stress on millennial generation employees. The research method used in this research is quantitative research using questionnaire with 140 respondents. Using multiple regression analysis, this study shows the results that habits have a positive influence on work stress on millennial generation employees, the workload does not influence work stress on millennial generation employees, and the work environment negatively influence work stress on millennial generation employees.     Gojek is an application commonly used in Indonesia, based on a survey by the Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI). Since the Covid-19 pandemic emerged, various adaptations to new habits called the New Normal have been implemented, causing a change in the lifestyle of Gojek drivers. Another habit studied was bad habit, which according to the American Psychological Association is common in millennials and causes them to experience stress.     During the Covid-19 pandemic, many governments require companies to promote a work from home policy. However, many occupations cannot be done at home, putting the employees at increased health risk and increasing job stress. The purpose of this study is to examine whether job stress negatively affects job performance. Furthermore, we also examine the moderating effect of Covid-19 information on the relationship between job stress and job performance. Our respondents are employees who work in manufacturing firms in Salatiga and still have to work from the office during the pandemic. The data were collected using an online questionnaire, and the total number of respondents is 105. Our analysis using moderated regression analysis founds that job stress negatively influences job performance. We also found that Covid-19 information moderates the relationship between job stress and job performance.

    The high rate of unemployment among university graduates has raised concerns. Responding to this, universities feel obliged to encourage and train their students to be able to create their own jobs. Many universities try to improve student entrepreneurial skills by opening entrepreneurship programs in the form of study programs or concentration. This concern does not only occur in Indonesia but also in many universities in other countries. Although the role of entrepreneurship is important for a country’s development, the availability of a large number of entrepreneurs does not guaranty improvement of people’s life or welfare. Increasing competition in business sometimes makes people justify all kinds of business practices. However, if a fair condition for all actors is expected, then university must encourage the creation of moral and ethical business activities. This study intends to know whether (1) need for achievement (nAch), self-efficacy, and instruments readiness influence student entrepreneurship intentions; (2) gender, entrepreneurship experience, and parental background moderate the influence of nAch, self-efficacy, and instrument readiness influence student entrepreneurial intention; and (3) ethical behavior view moderates the influence of nAch, self-efficacy, and instrument readiness on student entrepreneurial intentions. This research observed 315 new students of a university in Indonesia in 2018. The results show that nAch, self-efficacy, and instruments readiness significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions. Gender and parent background moderate the influence of nAch, self-efficacy, and instrument readiness on entrepreneurial intentions, while entrepreneurial experience had no effect. Furthermore, ethical views do not moderate the influence of nAch, self-efficacy, and instrument readiness on entrepreneurial intention.

    This research is aimed to understand the perception of rural people toward branchless banking and to explore factors that should be considered to develop a successful branchless banking that are suitable for rural area in Indonesian context. Five variables, they are relative advantage, compatability, complexity, trialability, and observability were used to measure perception of rural people toward branchless banking. Questionnaires were distributed to people in Kuncen village. We find that Kuncen village people have good perception toward branchless banking; relative advantage and complexity are factors that should be considered in developing branchless banking, suitable for people in rural area. Those two factors contributes to the willingness of rural people to adopt new technology and factors such as compatability, trialability, and observability are the hindrances for branchless banking adoption.

Based on the problems that have been analyzed, then followed up with recommendations to increase the productivity of the coffee business at Panti Karya Salib Putih. The results of the analysis using the value chain approach in increasing the productivity of coffee processing show that almost every problem in the value chain components is foundboth of main activity and supporting activities.     The use of internet especially social media was inevitable in today’s society. Using the internet effectively and in moderation can become a useful to get the job done efficiently. Inappropriate use of internet or social media can lead to lower performance, particularly if it had become an addiction. The purpose of this research was to test whether social media addiction influence performance with cyber loafing as intervening variable. This was a quantitative research with sample of 110 generation Y workers at MNC in Jakarta. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The result of this research showed that social media addiction is low, with moderate cyberloafing and high performance. The path analysis indicated that social media addiction positively influence cyberloafing, but social media addiction and cyberloafing did not influence employees’ performance. Kaizen culture originated from Japan is a culture of continuous improvement with low cost and the impact can be felt in the future. If the Kaizen culture combined with reward will also be able to improve the employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Kaizen culture to employee performance with reward as a moderating variable. This a quantitative exploratory research using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The data collection method is using questionnaire, with sample of 93 respondents of warehouse department of PT SM Karangjati, Semarang.     This study was conducted to analyze the effect of work-family conflict on work stress. Furthermore, we also examine the mediating role of work stress on the relatioship between work-family conflict on cyberloafing. Results of path analysis on 133 respondents form PT. AIC, Semarang, Indonesia shows that work-family conflict positively affects work stress. This research also indicated that work stress did not act as an intervening variable because the respondents had other stress coping mechanism than cyberloafing.

The objects of this research are the working and married women with two different time management groups; the flexible group and the rigid/fixed group. The data collection method applied in this study is the purposive sampling method with the samples consisting of the women working as lecturers, insurance employees, bank employees and civil servants.     This research is aimed to understand the perception of rural people toward Branchless Banking and to explore the factors that encourage them to adopt Branchless Banking technology in Indonesian context. Innovation diffusion theory was used in this research. Variables consisted of relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability used to explore the perception of rural people toward Branchless Banking. Questionnaires were distributed to people in Kuncen village, Salatiga Indonesia. We found that relative advantage and complexity are factors that drive Kuncen village people to adopt Branchless Banking. Thus, compatibility, trialability, and observability are the inhibitors for Branchless Banking adoption.Keywords: Branchless Banking, mobile payment systems, technology adoption, financial inclusion
