The analysis for this research study is done for the period of 23 years and data is taken from well-known “Scopus” data base. The main and core purpose of this study is to investigate the significance and importance of consumer price index and find out about the noteworthy authors, countries, organization which have conducted their research on CPI. The software R-Studio and VOSviewer is used for all the analysis done in this study. The findings of this study are that mostly keyword “Consumer Price Index” used by the journal of Switzerland named “Our Knowledge Sustainability”, the organization that published more articles is Office for National Statistics, United Kingdom and the most publication is done by author Gupta R. Using time series data from Pakistan 1973 to 2021, this research examines the effect of exchange-rate, fiscal deficits, foreign direct investment and economic expansion on foreign debt. The auto regressive distributed lag model is used in the research to look into the co-integration analysis of variables and their existence. The study confirms the positive and significant relationship exist among the rate of exchange, foreign direct investment, the fiscal deficit, economic growth, and external debt in the long run. However, in the short run, the real effective exchange rate and fiscal deficit are negatively related to the external debt, whereas the economic growth is positively related to the external debt. The policy maker recommended that rises the exchange rate, the value of a domestic currency falls to some extent, which improves the foreign exchange in which loans must be returned.

Digital technologies have changed our lives. This digital move is not limited to a particular area or a sector. It has also changed the way of doing business, but the opportunities associated with this digitalization are not yet appropriately identified. Appropriate action to respond to new avenues can substantially change business performance. This research presents a framework that suggests that the development of digital organizational culture and innovation in business models support digital technology value development and digitization, ultimately improving business performance. The collected data from banks working in Pakistan were analyzed with smart PLS. The results revealed that business model innovation, business digitization, and top management mindfulness boost the banks' performance. In contrast, digital organizational culture and digital technologies value development have no association with bank performance. Further, top management mindfulness has no moderating e...

Drawing on the conservation of resources (CoR) theory, this study examined whether career decision-making self-efficacy (CDSE) intervenes in the association of employees’ boundaryless career orientation and career optimism. The study further sets out to assess the interactional contribution of employees’ consideration of distant future consequences—future (CFC-F) on the fore connection of employees’ CDSE and optimism. In this vein, data were collected from 211 electronic media employees through cluster sampling via an electronically administered questionnaire. SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0 were used for preliminary data analyses and hypothesis testing, respectively. The results showed that CDSE significantly and positively intervened in the relationship between boundaryless career orientation and career optimism. Furthermore, the interactional effect of CFC-F was also found significant in a way that employees demonstrated a higher degree of career optimism at the higher levels of CFC-F. ...

To enhance the female participation in economic growth, this paper focused on unearthing the issues faced by currently employed women news reporters in terms of two prominent dimensions: professional life, and personal life. The reason for conducting this research was to identify the factors which discourage women to join the employment force with regard to media and how to cater them. Design/Methodology/Approach:An integrative mixed method analysis (instrument development model) under exploratory design was used for the collection of and analysis of data. Initially Semi-structured interviews were conducted and then verified it through survey method. The res...

The present research looks into the examination of the relationship between job stressors and job performance with the mediating role of job satisfaction. The concept 'job stressors' is classified into two most important dimensions named as 'role ambiguity and role conflict'. Data has been collected from the sample of 475 employees of higher educational institutions of Lahore, Pakistan by using self-administered close ended questionnaire. Study applies three step regressions to test the hypothesis. The results indicate significant and negative association between role conflict and job satisfaction. Similarly there is negative and significant association between role ambiguity and job satisfaction that ultimately leads to poor job performance. However, job satisfaction mediate significantly between job stressors and job performance. This study will be useful for managers in the educational sector to ensure the effective policies that help them to improve the job perfo...

We have utilized ARDL methodology of co-integration to direct this observational investigation. Other than exchange openness, there are some different variables which impact compensation which likewise influence compensation however are excluded in the study. We have led the exact investigation utilizing information from Pakistan financial overview 2013 and ILO-worldwide compensation database 2012 and World Bank databases.

Understanding of intrapreneurship as a phenomenon is somewhat fragmented and inconsistent especially in the case of engineers or engineering firms. This paper seeks to assess the relevant intellectual territory of intrapreneurship or corporate entrepreneurship (CE) by taking a systematic review of relevant research to collect insights into research linking intrapreneurship with engineering firms. The purpose of the systematic review is to identify key concepts in intrapreneurial research with regard to engineers or engineering firms as deliberated by researchers in literature. This systematic literature review (SLR) found that the academic interest of researchers on intrapreneurship has increased over the last decade with a diverse focus. Based on the findings of the review, this study has suggested various areas for future research on the conceptual framework of intrapreneurship, relationship of intrapreneurship with corporate performance, and intrapreneurship for engineers.

Purpose: Although the research stream in the area of career plateau acknowledges its ramifications, yet investigation on how this phenomenon can be reduced is sparse. This study aims to address this gap by illuminating the role of proactive personality (PP) as a factor of minimizing plateau via playful work design (PWD), career adaptability (CA) and perceived work-life balance (PWLB). Design/methodology/approach: A cross-sectional study design was applied and structural equation modelling was used to assess the hypothesized relationships among PP, CA, PWD, perceived work design and career plateau. A total of 338 employees from public and private universities were sampled from February 2020 to July 2020. Findings: The results highlighted that CA mediated the relationship between PP and PWLB, as well as, PWD mediated the association between PP and PWLB. Further, the authors got support for both serial mediation paths i.e. PP, CA, PWLB and career plateau and PP, PWD, PWLB and career pl...

In first decade of 21st century reforms in agricultural markets were introduced in several developing countries of the world including improvement in tangible infrastructure as well as non-tangible reforms like farmer trainings, establishment of Agriculture Marketing System etc. The need for establishment and improvement of current Agriculture Market Information system (AMIS) for collection and dissemination was severely felt in 2007-08 after food crisis. This paper aims to review and evaluate the literature available on AMIS published from 1995 to 2018 showing the utility of market information and its impact on different stakeholders especially in developing countries. The use of AMIS, its components, working, economic utility of information for its different stakeholders like growers, policy makers and market functionaries and the challenges like cost involved, validity of data, accuracy and problems in its disseminations are reflected in this article.
