    This Community Service (PPM) activity is carried out as a responsibility in fulfilling the obligations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The target objects in this PPM activity are women from the Asrama Brimob Batalyon B Pelopor, Kelurahan Ampeldento, Kecamatan Pakis,  Kabupaten Malang. This PPM activity seeks to provide understanding through materials and guidance to promote the sale of chili chips using social media. This guidance is given to the public through material presentation activities and hands-on practical activities on how to create written and photo content which will later be used as material to promote chili chips products so that they are expected to get customers outside the Asrama Brimob Ampeldento.     Store display is an important component in the retail business segment. Business actors must be able to create attractive spatial planning and product arrangement through store displays so that consumers feel at home and comfortable when shopping. Effective arrangement in addition to increasing sales can also minimize the risk of loss. Such as avoiding loss of goods, theft, inaccurate records, and others. This activity was delivered to the Delfa Store which is located at Jl. Kenanga Kav.2, Mulyoagung Village, Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the display conditions in stores that sell various household goods are still not good.  So that it becomes difficult to develop and there is uncertainty about business continuity in the future. This is the background for carrying out this activity, by analyzing the condition of store displays as an effort to identify business risks.

Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) dengan bentuk kegiatan dilakukan dengan materi sebagai berikut: Materi edukasi, Perlombaan, dan Pembahasan Masalah.     Program Pengabdian ini merupakan kegiatan bimbingan dan pelatihan seni merajut bagi anggota Komite Sekolah SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar anggota komite sekolah memiliki bekal ilmu seni kriya yang diharapkan agar dapat penghasilan tambahan melalui seni kriya mandiri. Metode Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan mendatangkan instruktur rajut Kota Malang dan alih pengetahuan dilaksanakan dengan cara cara diskusi dan tanya jawab beserta praktikum. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa bros rajut. Diharapkan bagi ibu-ibu anggota komite sekolah SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang dapat mengaplikasikan seni rajut sebagai sarana untuk memperoleh penghasilan tambahan melalui seni kriya mandiri.

    This study investigated the mediating effects of organizational learning and self-efficacy on the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The sample consisted of 172 employees of government owned banking institutions in Malang district, Indonesia. Results, using path analysis reveal that all the variables examined positively and significantly affect employee performance. This study found that organizational learning and self-efficacy mediated the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.

    This study aims to determine effect of organizatiobal commitment, career development and performanceappraisal to intention to leave through job satisfaction. Samples were 200 respondents who are employees ofstar hotel in Malang. Measurements were performed by Likert scale questionnaire with 1-5 score degrees ofagreement from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The structure of relationships between variables wereanalyzed with SEM using AMOS 20. Most respondents education were diploma, 20-30 years and worked atthe hotel for 1-8 years. Modeling results explain that there is a direct effect of organizatiobal commitment,career development and performance appraisal on job satisfaction, especially from career development.Organizational commitment, career development and performance appraisal have indirect effect to intentionto leave through job satisfaction.

    The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of lifestyle and product quality on purchase decisions at Tiga Putra Cell Malang. This study was a quantitative research. The data collection was done by means of interviews and distributing questionnaires. The sampling procedure employed non probability sampling, particularly the purposive sampling method. Then, it was obtained 55 sample respondents. The data analysis techniques applied multiple linear regression and hypothesis test. The t-test of lifestyle  showed t count 7,519> t table 1,67469 and sig. 0,000 t table 1,67469 and sig. F table 3,0902 and sig. 0,000 < 0,05. The Adjusted R Square value was 0,660. It means 66,0% of purchase decisions  were affected by the lifestyle and product quality.

    This study aims to determine effect of financial and non-financial compensation to intention to leave through job satisfaction. Samples were 145 respondents who are employees of starred hotel in Malang. Measurements were performed by Likert scale questionnaire with 1-5 score degrees of agreement from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The structure of relationships between variables were analyzed with SEM using AMOS 20. Most respondents education were diploma, 20-30 years and worked at the hotel for 1-8 years. Modeling results explain that there is a direct effect of compensation on job satisfaction at 0.345, especially from non-financial compensation. There is a significant relationship between non-financial compensation and job satisfaction at 0.563. Compensation have indirect effect to intention to leave through job satisfaction at 0.882.

    This study examines the impact of organizational culture on employee engagement and employee performance. Within the organization, organizational culture plays an important role in building employee engagement, and ultimately in Employee Performance. The causality study is used to analyze the influence of the variables involved in this study. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with multi-stage sampling. The data was collected by using a questionnaire to 251 respondents from 9 branch offices of government banks, Malang regional offices. Data were analyzed using smartPLS (Partial Least Square) which includes measurement models and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that organizational culture has a direct and significant positive influence on employee engagement and employee performance. In the Asrama Brimob Detasemen B, Ampeldento, Kabupaten Malang, there are many wives of soldiers who was housewives that did not have  any skills and also had income  steadyness. In addition, the second problem was that there are many wives of soldiers that only know about using social media as an activity to expand their friends. They also did not understand how to use social media as a tools of promoting and selling products, so it was hoped that it could be a source of additional income for the soldier's wife.
