Before, the raw read would time out if the content length was not a multiple of HTTP_RAW_BUFLEN, as it tried to read HTTP_RAW_BUFLEN bytes even if the last chunk should actually contain less.

Tested on some of the popular S3 board bought from Amazon, the digitalRead of an INPUT pin is LOW, which stops the timer right after start. Setting it to INPUT_PULLUP will fix it.
Zigbee: Add dimmable light endpoint class
Commit 0773dd7 from PR #10841 broke pin remapping by moving its application too early in the definition process. This commit restores the original order of includes, ensuring that pin remapping is applied correctly. HTTP 204 is a successful return code which indicates No Content. While it's appropriate to return a 304 if the server has content for a device but it hasn't change, it is more accurate for a server to return a 204 if it simply doesn't have any firmware files for a particular device.
