While our world and societies are transforming in a rapid change, Yalova has accomplished works ahead of time with its qualified human resources. The eco-tech application, which is seen as the first IT Valley Project in Turkey, was made in Yalova. Nine years ago, the Time and Space Independent (ZAMBAK) project, which was put forward with empirical practice in Yalova Municipality, has proven to be a correct job with the pandemic process. It is considered that if this project had the opportunity to be implemented even partially in all public institutions of Turkey, the pandemic period could be overcome in a much more fruitful way. ZAMBAK, as far as is known, is the first project in Turkey and in the world, implemented in the public with extensive live data. Yalova Municipality has completed its data for the second time in Turkey in the National Address Data Description (UAVT) studies and continues to provide training to other municipalities. There are threats such as irregular migration, climate change, negative pressure of industry-based development on the environment, and economic disorder. However, at each time of transformation, all societies are equalized across circumstances. Yalova University focuses on academic studies in our city, important transportation and foreign trade doors are opened, professional business people and investments (shipyards, IMES, TOGG, foreign capital, etc.) invest in our city, decisions are made to open a Technology Development Zone. Innovative ecosystem and smart city collective studies should be focused on without wasting time. With the ongoing development plans and funding sources, the fruit processing center of excellence, the high-tech area in Süpürgelik, and health tourism to our thermal and natural beauties should be paved. It is not impossible to create a more livable and sustainable Yalova, which is compatible with the cultural codes of Turkish society, focuses on people and the environment, produces solutions that add value to life, based on data, within the framework of green consensus. It turns out that the greatest need is the will to be put forward with all stakeholders. Yalova Province, together with all its stakeholders, with its technology and cultural infrastructure, demonstrated this will at the Yalova Research Congress.
