The popularity of wearable technologies have increased day by day. In the near future, wearable technologies are
expected to become an indispensable part of our daily life. The aim of this study is twofold. The first one is the classification
of wearable technologies based on the specifications and applications as; wearable health technologies, wearable textile
technologies, and wearable consumer electronics. The second aim of the study is study is to point out how wearable
technologies will be a milestone both for daily life of people and the way of doing businesses of the companies in the future.
The potential applications indicate that the future will be safer, easier, healthier, quicker, and more entertaining with the

Purpose
This paper deals with  the efforts have been done in the past, the situation we are in today, the risks and opportunities that may arise in the future on behalf of the smart cities journey that Yalova leads in many areas
While our world and societies are transforming in a rapid change, Yalova has accomplished works ahead of time with its qualified human resources. The eco-tech application, which is seen as the first IT Valley Project in Turkey, was made in Yalova. Nine years ago, the Time and Space Independent (ZAMBAK) project, which was put forward with empirical practice in Yalova Municipality, has proven to be a correct job with the pandemic process. It is considered that if this project had the opportunity to be implemented even partially in all public institutions of Turkey, the pandemic period could be overcome in a much more fruitful way. ZAMBAK, as far as is known, is the first project in Turkey and in the world, implemented in the public with extensive live data. Yalova Municipality has completed its data for the second time in Turkey in the National Address Data Description (UAVT) studies and continues to provide training to other municipalities. There are threats such as irregular migration, climate change, negative pressure of industry-based development on the environment, and economic disorder. However, at each time of transformation, all societies are equalized across circumstances. Yalova University focuses on academic studies in our city, important transportation and foreign trade doors are opened, professional business people and investments (shipyards, IMES, TOGG, foreign capital, etc.) invest in our city, decisions are made to open a Technology Development Zone. Innovative ecosystem and smart city collective studies should be focused on without wasting time. With the ongoing development plans and funding sources, the fruit processing center of excellence, the high-tech area in Süpürgelik, and health tourism to our thermal and natural beauties should be paved. It is not impossible to create a more livable and sustainable Yalova, which is compatible with the cultural codes of Turkish society, focuses on people and the environment, produces solutions that add value to life, based on data, within the framework of green consensus. It turns out that the greatest need is the will to be put forward with all stakeholders. Yalova Province, together with all its stakeholders, with its technology and cultural infrastructure, demonstrated this will at the Yalova Research Congress. In this study, the main aim was to determine whether employee burnout differentiates according to manager's gender. To this end, research was conducted particularly in hotels and service sector enterprises with 325 employees in the Turkish city of Kayseri, Izmir, Yalova, Nevşehir and Antalya, by using the convenience sampling method. Burnout is considered as 3 dimensional; emotional exhaustion, diminished personal accomplishment and depersonalization. According to research results, it was determined that women working under female managers' supervision significantly differed from men in terms of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. In respect of these dimensions, women showed a higher level of burnout. The only difference between men and women under the supervision of a male manager emerged in the depersonalization dimension. Women again showed a higher level of depersonalization. On the other hand, in terms of burnout level generally, it was determined that women working under both female and male managers' supervision showed a significantly high level of burnout. Moreover, it was determined in the study that burnout differs significantly in terms of some demographical characteristics.

The main purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between the tendency to forgive, the intention of revenge and mental health, and the effects of forgiveness tendency and revenge intention on mental health of employees. This research was conducted in Kayseri and Yalova with 290 participants from various government and private organizations. The results pointed to a significant and positive relationship between forgiving other people and situations with mental health. Additionally, there was a significant negative relationship between revenge intention and mental health. The results of regression analysis indicated that revenge intention had a significant negative effect on mental health, while the relationship of forgiveness tendency positively and significantly affected mental health. Employee's mental health was found to be better than managers. The employee's revenge intention was lower than managers. Forgiveness tendency of married people was higher than singles, while the mental health of singles was better than married people.
