Auditoria Sosiál konsidera hanesan mós instrumentu ida ne’ebé efetivu hodi asegura transparénsia no partisipasaun komunidade iha prosesu dezenvolvimentu komunidade no nasionál. Auditoria sosiál hanesan mekanizmu ida ba diálogu entre governante no komunidade sira (feto, mane, joven, ema ho defisiénsia, ferik no katuas nomós grupu minoria sira seluk) hodi partisipa, monitoriza ba implementasaun programa governu nian.
Objetivu Auditoria sosiál maka atu haforsa komunidade nia lian, promove transparénsia partisipasaun ne’ebé iguál, hodi garante akuntabilidade, no inkluzivu iha prosesu dezenvolvimentu nasionál. Financial analysis is an analysis that compares the costs and benefits to determine whether a business will be profitable during the lifetime of business. Thus Ilie Chão  companies have an important role in the copra business. in this research how financially copra business in Ilie Chão company in Suco Fuiloro Posto Administrativo Lospalos Municipio Lautem. Considering the business opportunity in copra commodity, Ilie Chào company made a purchase which is then marketed or exported out of town to get profit. To find out the feasibility of business and the company's sensitivity in commodity marketing activities of copra, it is necessary to analyze the financial condition. The purpose of this research is to know whether the marketing of copra commodity in Ilie Chão company is financially feasible.
The investment criteria proposed in this research are: If NPV > 0 is feasible, if NPV < 0 is not feasible If IRR > 0 is feasible, If IRR < 0 is not feasible If Net B / C ratio > 1 is feasible, if the net B / C ratio < 1 is not feasible If the Gross B / Cratio  > 1 is feasible, if the Gross B / C ratio < 1 is not feasible.

The values obtained from this study are NPV = 9,482, IRR = 16%, Net B / C Ratio = 1.40, Gross B / C Ratio = 1.04, which means the company is financially feasible, the cost effectiveness of B / C gross is 18% to get 4.86%, which means the company is not complicated. Raise the cost or profit of 18% ahead by the amount you get from the reduction of the allowance to be received in the near future to the value obtained from the 18% test and get 0.36%. Based on the value obtained and referring to the proposed investment criteria, it can be concluded that Ilie Chão is financially viable in the copra commodity trading business.

Ilie Chão company is one of the local business-oriented companies by buying the produce from the Lautem community and then marketing the return of natural resources abroad, especially to neighboring countries Atambua-Indonesia. Results resources purchased by this company from the community in the form of agricultural products such as copra, candle, coffee, turmeric and green beans.
Copra commodity is one of the plantation crops that are found in areas in Timor-Leste such as viqueque, Baucau and Lautem which have export value. See the existence of business oportunity in copra commodity then the company Ilie Chào make purchases which are then marketed or exported out city to gain profit.
To find out the feasibility of the business and the sensitivity of the company in copra commodity marketing activities, an analysis of the financial condition is needed. The purpose of this research is to know whether the marketing of copra commodity in Ilie Chào company is financially feasible.
The investment criteria proposed in this research are:
If NPV > 0 is feasible, if NPV < 0 is not feasible
If IRR > 0 is feasible, If IRR < 0 is not feasible
If Net B/C ratio > 1 is feasible, if Net B/C ratio  < 1 is not feasible
If Gross B/C ratio > 1 is feasible, if Gross B/C ratio < 1 is not feasible.

The value obtained from this study is NPV = 9,482, IRR = 16%, Net B/C Ratio = 1.40, Gross B/C Ratio = 1.04, which means the company is financially viable, the gross B/C cost effectiveness is 18% to get the value of 4.86%, which means the company is uncomplicated. Gross B / C ratio = 1.04, which means that in general the company is financially feasible but
the result of gross B / C ratio there is a Break event point means the company does not lose
and do not profit. Meanwhile, in the testing of the accident by using a cost increase of 18%
to get the value of 4.88%, meaning the company is sensitive to the increase in cost or profit
of 18% in the future than the reduction of benefits or losses to be received in the future with
the value obtained from the trial - Try to decrease the benefit by 18% is equal to 0.36%.
Based on the value obtained and referring to the proposed investment criteria, it is concluded
that the Ilie Chào company is financially viable in the copra commodity marketing business.
