Joke of a company - I admit they have high availability of cars at a good price but they way they treat customers is terrible. I signed up a month ago, by creating a profile and submitting my driver's license (1 year old in Spain after I changed it last summer from a British one I acquired in 2017). I booked a car end of October that was approved. Last Thursday I go to pick up the car only to find out that Getaround won't approve my profile because my driver's license is only 1 year old. I call the customer support, offer to send them evidence of my British driver's license that is expired, but they refuse, quoting company policy. The CS agent cancels my booking on the spot, not offering any solutions, leaving me stranded on a Thursday evening to travel across town to find another car rental company at a higher price. To make matters worse, 10min after they cancelled my booking, I get another email from Getaround to tell me my profile did in fact get approved. Yesterday I get the refund only to find out they have not refunded the full amount and taken off fees to send me the money back. Why let me book in the first place if you can see my driver's license doesn't fit your booking policy? Why not offer to help instead of just cancelling the booking and leaving your customer stranded? Just terrible customer service.

Very Easy pick up on Terminal booked over booking.com i had a voucher and after installing app all information recieved directly to the app also parking place number - car was technically in top condition Hyundai Santa FE - some scratches outside the car wroted to the pickup list from personal - no problems by return

Hired a 5 seater car, on arrival they had only a 7 seater. More dents and scratches than the Titanic. The key was wrapped in insulating tape, and would not work remotely to open. They claimed all damage was recorded on their system...it wasn't. They advised me that if I did not pay extra for damage waiver, in an accident NOT my fault, I would have to chase the other drivers insurance company, Enterprise would not ! I complained to them , no response !! This included an email to Mr Nigrelli, their director....., can't wait to use them again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Snap was on the ball with the paperwork and got it done fast. No days or weeks of waiting to hear back. I had an answer in less than an hour, and had my appointment set up with the vender for my product.
