As a subject in high school, it is divided into four (4) component areas. Technology and Livelihood Education or TLE is vital to becoming a productive member of the modern workforce. Choosing a career path, and then learning the technology and livelihood skills related to that field or industry, can be an excellent way to improve the chances of succeeding in a career endeavor. This curriculum is intended to give students a better output and enhance the quality of education in the Philippines.
