Error codes WASHERS group ELECTROLUX.

ERROR

C0

Problem of imbalance between the pressure switches. -Clean tubes and ducts
pressure switch.
Check the diaphragm and pressure switch connections.

C1

Water supply problem. Check the hose and the faucet.

Clean the water intake filter. (see video)

Check solenoid valve, pressure switch or flow meter.

Check that the drain pipe is at the correct height.

C2

Problem with water drainage. Clean the drain filter. (see video)

Check the sleeves and drainage tubes.

Check emptying pump. (see video)

C3 Leak detection problem, (flood stop device activated). Check if


there are leaks.

Check the device switch at the bottom of the washing machine.


Drain the water and seal the leak.

C5 Problem of excessive heating in the motor (thermal fuse). Turn off the
washing machine and wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the motor to cool down.

C6 Problem with the pressure switch (water level). Clean tubes and pressure switch ducts.

Check membrane and pressure switch connections.

C7 Problem with the resistance. Check thermostats and resistance. (see video)

C8 Problem with NTC probe (temperature probe). Open or closed circuit.


Check the connections of the probe.

C9 Problem with the engine tachometer (revolutions count). Check the correctness
placement of the tachometer in the engine.

CB Overflow problem, excess water in drum. -Check solenoid valve (no

EBE EBF Safety relay problem on the electronic board. -Check that it is not

EC Problem with the electrical supply. -Check that the voltage of the house is the
same as indicated on the washing machine's specifications label, from some countries to

Check the socket and all the electrical installation of the washing machine.

EC1 Problem with water supply. Check the hose and the faucet.

ED6 Communication problem between the electronic board and the screen. Check
connections of the board and the screen.

Check components and traces on the circuit board.

Programming error, call technical support.

EF0 Leak detection problem, (water stop device activated). Check if


there are leaks.

Check the device switch at the bottom of the washing machine.

Dry the water and seal the leak.

EF1 Problem with water drainage. Clean the drainage filter. (see video)

EF2 Excess foam problem. Clean tubes and pressure switch ducts.

Remove excess foam.
