For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,
I the undersigned, hereby irrevocably assign and transfer to Mohan Kumar Saw (the “Producer”),
its/his successors, licensees and assignees, all present and future rights, title and interest of every
kind and character to such audio and audio visual performances rendered by me forming part of the
Song 1. Kawano Laiki Kunwar 2. Dine Din Dil Me
[Link] D Goriya Ho fal 4. Lakho Me Hazaro Me
….the (“Performances”), including but not limited to Performer’s Rights under Sec 38A(1) and/or
Section 38A(2) of the Copyright Act 1957 (as amended from time to time), copyrights and
exploitation rights whatsoever without limitation for the exploitation of the same, utilization in any
form, in part or whole, with or independent of visual aspects/cinematograph film throughout the
Universe, in perpetuity, in all technologies, formats, modes and mediums and markets presently
known or in commercial use, free and clear of all liens, charge, claims and encumbrances in
connection with or arising out of my services herein and have delivered the Performances to
Producer promptly upon completion thereof.
I hereby agree that the Performances which are the subject matter hereof may not be registered in
my name as owner and I hereby waive all rights in connection therein.
I expressly agree at all times at no charge to execute and deliver all further documents and
instruments and do all acts and things which Producer may require to perfect the foregoing. This
letter assignment shall be governed by the laws in India and the courts at Mumbai shall have
exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising herein. In respect of any modes and mediums of the
future not in existence as on date of this letter assignment, I hereby grant an exclusive license in
respect of the Performances in perpetuity throughout the Universe to the Producer.
