Assessment Goals
The purpose of this Rapid Needs Assessment (RNA) is to gather immediate and critical
information about the impact of Typhoon Chatterboxes on the residents of Calbayog City.

• Assess the extent of damage to homes, roads, and public utilities.
• Determine the economic impact on livelihoods and employment.
