“Good morning, everyone! Before we officially begin our Moving-Up Ceremony, may we kindly request your
cooperation to help us maintain the solemnity and smooth flow of our program. Please observe silence during the
speeches to give respect to our speakers. We also ask that you refrain from standing or crowding near the
stage area during picture-taking, as this may block the view of others and disrupt the program. Your
photographers will do their best to capture these special moments. If you are taking photos, kindly do so from your
seats or designated areas. Lastly, please ensure that your mobile phones are set to silent mode. Your

I. Opening Spill / Introduction
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, fellow educators, proud parents, barangay officials, PTA members, and most
especially, our dear completers of the school year 2024–2025!
Welcome to the 6th Moving-Up Ceremony of Dulop National High School with the theme:
“Generation of Unity: Partners for the New Philippines.”
This celebration is not just a culmination of hard work and determination, but a reflection of unity and partnership
— among teachers, families, and the community — that has molded our learners to become future nation-builders.
I am Dawn Alejandra Mae R. Dumalang, and I am honored to be your master of ceremonies for today’s memorable
event. Let us now begin this momentous occasion.
II. Processional
And now, let us all witness the entrance of the stars of today’s celebration — starting from the proud Completers of
Dulop National High School, joined by their ever-supportive parents, barangay officials, PTA members, teaching
staff, DepEd officials, and our distinguished guests.

III–V. National Anthems & Hymn
“Before we proceed to the singing of our nationalistic hymns, let us give due honor to our nation with the Entrance
of Colors. The entrance of the Philippine flag symbolizes our pride, unity, and respect for the freedoms we enjoy as
Filipinos. May we all stand in reverence as the flag is brought forth.
Please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, to be followed by the Invocation, the
Regional Hymn, and the Zamboanga del Sur Hymn.

VI. Welcome Remarks
“Each celebration becomes more meaningful when we are welcomed with heartfelt words that capture the essence
of the moment. To officially open today’s joyful celebration, we shall hear a heartfelt message that sets the tone of
inspiration and gratitude for this special occasion.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us give a warm round of applause from one of our completers and With Honors, Ms. Jhea
P. Burlat.

VII. Presentation of Candidates for Moving-Up
“And now, we come to one of the most anticipated moments of today’s ceremony — the Presentation of the
Candidates for Moving-Up. In this part of the program officially recognizes our learners who have completed the
necessary academic requirements set by the Department of Education, and are now ready to take on the next
chapter of their educational journey.
To formally present the candidates for Moving-Up, may we call on our esteemed , passionate and hard working
School Head, Dr. Nenita F. Lim. Let us extend to her our warmest applause.”
VIII. Confirmation of Completers & Message from the SDS
“Thank you very much, Ma’am, for presenting our completers with such pride and grace.
Now that the candidates have been formally presented, we move on to the another significant moment of this
morning’s celebration — the official confirmation of our Grade 10 Completers. This part of the program affirms
that our learners have successfully completed the required curriculum and are ready to advance to the next level of
their academic journey.
To carry out this important task, we are honored to call on our distinguished guest, the Assistant Schools Division
Superintendent of the Division of Zamboanga del Sur, Dr. Judelyn J. Ramos, CESO VI, for the Confirmation of
Candidates for Moving-Up and to deliver her special message. Let us give her our warmest applause.”

certificates and awarding of honors. This part of the ceremony is more than just a recognition of academic
achievement. It is a celebration of hard work, perseverance, and growth. Each name that will be called represents
countless hours of learning, personal development, and the unwavering support of families and teachers.

“As we near the closing of today’s celebration, it is only fitting that we pause for a moment to look back — not just
on achievements, but also on the people who made this journey possible. Every step our completers have taken has
been guided and supported by loving families, devoted teachers, school leaders, and the entire community.
In this part of our program, we give thanks — for the encouragement, the sacrifices, the patience, and the love that
helped shape these young minds. Gratitude is the memory of the heart, and today, our hearts are full.
To deliver this heartfelt message of appreciation, let us now listen to the Words of Gratitude to be given one of our

express. This Moving-Up Song is more than just a melody — it is a tribute to the laughter, the tears, the friendships,
the lessons, and the dreams carried in every learner’s heart today.

the Moving-Up Song, entitled “Dreams We Hold” presented by the completers.
