On behalf of [school name], it is my honor and privilege to welcome you all to this
momentous occasion – the Launching Ceremony of the ARAL Program. Today marks
another step in our shared journey toward ensuring that every learner receives the support
and guidance they need to excel in their studies. Truly, this is not just a program, but a
commitment to education, unity, and brighter futures.
Without further ado, let us officially start our program.
Invocation
To begin, let us put ourselves in the presence of the Almighty as we watch and reflect on our
Invocation Video.

Welcome Remarks
To formally welcome us in this celebration, let us hear from our very own School Head, Dr.
Nenita F. Lim. A warm round of applause, please.
Overview of the ARAL Program
Thank you, Dr. Lim. Now that we are officially welcomed, let us deepen our understanding
of today’s program through the Overview of ARAL, to be presented by our ARAL Focal
Person, Ms. Glydel O. Gapo.
Keynote Message
Indeed, the ARAL Program is a powerful tool in helping our learners rise above the
challenges of learning. To inspire us further, let us listen to the Keynote Message of our
Barangay Captain, Hon. Ronald D. Amamangpang.
Messages of Support from Stakeholders
At this juncture, let us hear words of encouragement and support from our stakeholders.
First, from the Local Government Unit, may we call on Mayor Gerry T. Paglinawan.
If the Mayor is absent:
Supposed to be, we will be hearing a message of support from our Honorable Mayor, Mayor
Gerry T. Paglinawan. However, due to equally important matters that require his presence,
he cannot be with us today. In his stead, we are honored to have his representative, [Name
of Representative], to deliver his message. Let us give him/her a warm round of applause.
Next, from the School Representative, let us welcome Mr. Isidro M. Damas, Master Teacher I.
We also have the Parent Representative, Mr. Juvanie Y. Baloro, PTA President.
And finally, let us hear from our Learner Representative, Ms. Rhea Jean Gumanad, Grade 9
student.
Thank you very much to all our supportive stakeholders for your inspiring messages.
Pledge of Commitment
Thank you for those meaningful words of support. At this point, let us join together as we
witness the Pledge of Commitment to be led by Mr. Vergil S. Manalili, Master Teacher I.
After which, we shall proceed to the Symbolic Signing of a Commitment Tarpaulin by all
participants.
Ceremonial Launching
Now comes the most awaited part of today’s program – the Ceremonial Launching of the
ARAL Program. To lead us in the Presentation of ARAL Learners and Tutors, we call on our
School Head, Dr. Nenita F. Lim.
Intermission Number
To celebrate this special day, let us enjoy a cultural treat. Here’s a lively Folk Dance
Presentation.

Thank you for that wonderful performance! Moving forward, let us witness the Presentation
of ARAL Materials, to be presented once again by our ARAL Focal Person, Ms. Glydel O.
Gapo.

D. Corpuz, Master Teacher I.

The ARAL Program reminds us that when we work together as one community, no learner
will be left behind. With your continued support, we are confident that this program will
truly bear fruit in the lives of our students.
