you to a momentous occasion as we gather for the 2025 Moving Up Ceremony of Gov.
Manuel D. Barretto National High School.

Today, we celebrate not only the achievements of our Grade 10 completers but also
the unbreakable spirit of unity, resilience, and hope that has brought us here. We are
deeply honored to welcome all of you to this memorable occasion.

Awarding of Medals and Certificates of Recognition

At this moment, we shine the spotlight on the remarkable accomplishments of our
learners. Their dedication, perseverance, and excellence deserve no less than our

The first award to be receive by the completers is the Academic excellence award. At
the end of the school year, the Academic Excellence Award is given to learners who
have attained a General Average of at least 90 and a passing Final Grade in all
learning areas.

Conduct award - Conduct Award is given at the end of the school year based on the adviser
and subject teachers' evaluation, following DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2015
Leadership award - The leadership award is given to learners who have demonstrated
