Description of alleged violation:

This is a formal COMPLAINT AGAINST YONKERS NY FAMILY COURT SUPPORT MAGISTRATE
LAURA DANIELS who yesterday at our Virtual hearing is prematurely trying to set me up for
a "wilfulness hearing" and "assigning me counsel" for "incarceration" for supposed "non-
payment of college tuition," when the record shows that my ex-wife Sharie O'Buck has
never sent me a college tuition bill, I have never been in arrears or in violation because
neither FCSM Laura Daniels, myself, or even Sharie O'Buck knows what my pro rata dollar

This is abuse of power and authority at the highest levels of the Westchester NY Yonkers NY
Family Court by extreme feminist, communist, LGBTQ, Democrats against well-known
Conservatives, Republicans, Christians, Trump supporters (especially minority male brown
skinned ones like myself) and needs to be investigated.

She also is trying to hold me in violation of non-payment of child support, when I have
been current as recent as the last hearing before FCSM Rosa Cabanillas a few weeks ago,
but now have had zero income since then, and my bank account is currently negative.

Please investigate this woman and her egregious abuse of authority and law.

In addition to the below, during yesterday's hearing it was established that Sharie filed her
“violation” in February 2025, never served me with it, and she only got the college tuition
information in March 2025, but not knowing the portion that was even supposedly hers, or
mine.

Sharie admitted she never mailed or served me any of her papers, and this caused the ever-
guilty FCSM Laura Daniel’s to “recuse herself” from the case, rather than tossing it because
it’s entirely fraudulent.

But not before Laura Daniel’s “emailed” me Sharie’s fraudulent violation petition, during the
hearing.

And of course, this corrupt FCSM Laura Daniels completely ignored my duly filed and
pending Downward Modification petition and Notice of Motion for Contempt against
Sharie O'Buck for not producing her own Financial Disclosures as mandated by the Court
and the Child Support Standards Act ("CSSA").

Please help me with these evil wicked stupid people.

Affirmation, which encapsulates and summarizes the extreme fraud, waste, abuse, malicious
prosecution, and abuse of process by Petitioner Sharie O’Buck, and enabled by FCSM Laura

Administration for Children and Families, NYS Child Support Enforcement Unit, and local
