activity such as the United States Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of
Investigation, Department of Justice, Department of State, and other federal agencies on a
regular basis, based on his publicly available rulings and opinion.

Description of alleged violation:


Based on publicly available information, Judge Robert S. Ondrovic, an extremist communist
left wing New York Democrat, has committed multiple violations of the Hatch Act as a state
employee engaging in prohibited political activities while working in a role that’s funded—
fully or partially—by federal money.

The Hatch Act is designed to keep public service nonpartisan, and it applies to state and
local employees whose jobs are connected to federally funded programs.
