reconsideration o f this Office's decision, by letter dated December 2 , 2 0 1 4 , to close the
investigation i n t o y o u r complaint.
I have r e v i e w e d a l l o f the materials that have been provided i n y o u r package requesting
.reconsideration, again r e v i e w e d the i n f o r m a t i o n p r e v i o u s l y provided b y y o u to t h i s office, and
considered t h e points that y o u raised i n our telephone conversation. I w o u l d again note that
most, i f n o t all, o f y o u r allegations are c i v i l or administrative i n nature. T h i s O f f i c e investigates
v i o l a t i o n s o f the C r i m i n a l Code. A f t e r a t h o r o u g h r e v i e w o f these materials, the facts alleged do
n o t create a reasonable suspicion o f actual i l l e g a l conduct, w h i c h , i n t u r n , w o u l d suggest that
further investigation w o u l d l i k e l y discover evidence o f a crime. I w o u l d again p o i n t y o u to m y
letter o f December 2 , 2 0 1 4 , for a m o r e detailed description o f the elements f o r each o f the crimes
alleged. T h i s matter is n o w closed, and unless n e w facts come t o light, t h i s O f f i c e w i l l n o t
