It is true that doing regular physical activity improves people’s health and well-being. While I
accept that increasing a number of facilities is a good way to encourage more people to do
sports, I would argue that it is the best way.
It is important to build public sports spaces for several reasons. Firstly, public sports spaces
provide opportunities for people to engage in physical activity and exercise, which is
essential for maintaining good health and well-being. Regular physical activity prevents
chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Secondly, public sports
spaces can help promote inclusivity and accessibility. By providing free or low-cost facilities,
they can ensure that everyone, regardless of their income or background, has access to
opportunities for physical activity and exercise.
On the other hand, the majority of people have an association that exercising systematically
leads to strong health. However, it is not always the case. Good well-being and health
requires not only doing physical activity, but also a diet with valuable nutritions and a healthy
lifestyle. For instance, a person who takes drugs and alcohol will never be healthy though he
may do constant exercise. In order to improve public health, the government should
encourage people to do sports, eat healthy food and maintain health-conscious lifestyles.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that providing more sports facilities is
important to improve public health, nevertheless, it is not the best way.
It is believed that people who studied occupations like medicine and engineering should
work in the country where they got their education. However, it is also thought that people
should have a choice to work abroad if they want to. In this essay, I will examine both views
and give my own opinion.
On one hand, those who believe that professionals should be required to work in their home
country argue that it is necessary to overcome shortages in certain fields. For example, if
there is a shortage of doctors in a particular country, requiring doctors who trained in that
country to work there could help people have access to healthcare. What is more, it could
help to prevent the ‘brain drain’ of skilled workers leaving the country and taking their
expertise elsewhere.
On the other hand, it is important to make professionals free to work in any country as
everyone has a right to decide where they will work because it is a basic right according to
democratic law. Allowing professionals to work abroad can help to facilitate the exchange of
ideas and expertise, which can lead to new discoveries and advancements in various fields.
Furthermore, it can help promote cultural exchange and understanding.
For these reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that there are a lot of reasons why folk
believe that advanced-trained individuals should practise in their nation, while I strongly with
this notion and think that they should have the right to work in the country they wish.
