TECHNICAL NOTES
rochet as tight as you can: I recommend using the yarn under technique to
C
make tighter stitches and create less gaps between stitches.
Use a stitch marker or a piece of yarn to mark the beginning of each round.
Invisible decreases are very IMPORTANT.
Before starting the pattern, you will need to know the following technique:

BOBBLE STITCH (BO): Yarn over, insert hook into

st, pull up a loop, yarn over, pull through 2 loops.
Repeat for a total of 4 times. Yarn over and pull
through all 5 loops.

Yarn over (as if you were going to make Insert your hook into the the next stitch. Yarn Yarn over again and pull through the first 2
a double crochet). over and pull up a loop. (You’ll have 3 loops on loops. (You’ll have 2 loops on the hook.)
your hook now.)

Repeat steps 1-3 three more times in the same Yarn over one last time and pull through all
stitch. (You’ll have 5 loops on the hook.) loops.
You can make
a bigger BO by
adding more
loops
on
your hook!
