Crochet Pattern

MATERIALS
Any same size yarn in at least 3 different colors of your choice
(for demonstration in this pattern I will be using bernat baby
blanket yarn in baby pink, baby blue, and white)
Crochet hook that matches the size of your yarn (I am using a
7mm hook)
A pair of safety eyes and washers (I am using 14mm eyes)
Pink acrylic yarn for the nose
Yarn needle
Stitch marker
Scissors
Stuffing

ABBREVIATIONS
R = round/row dec = decrease
mr = magic ring sl st =slip stitch
ch = chain FO = fasten off
st(s) = stitch(es) sk = skip
sc = single crochet
inc = increase

BUNNY PATTERN

Head (in white yarn)


R1: 6 sc in mr (6)
R2: inc x 6 (12)
R3: (sc, inc) x 6 (18)
R4: (2sc, inc) x 6 (24)
R5: (3sc, inc) x 6 (30)
R6: (9sc, inc) x 3 (33)
R7-13: sc around (7 rounds) (33)
R14: (9sc, dec) x 3 (30)
R15: (sc, dec) x 10 (20)
R16: (2sc, dec) x 5 (15)
FO, no need to sew closed or leave a tail.
Add safety eyes between rows 10-11, about 7 stitches apart
and stuff, but make sure not to over stuff.
Embroider the nose one row below and in between the eyes.

Legs and Body (in white yarn)
R1: 6 sc in mr (6)
R2: inc x 6 (12)
R3-7: sc around (5 rounds) (12)

Make a second leg by following R1-R7 but do not FO.
Ch 1 and connect to the first leg with a sc, this will count as
your first st for row 8.
R8: (5sc, inc) x 2, sc on chain, (5sc, inc) x 2, sc on chain (30)
R9-12: sc around (4 rounds) (30)
R13: (3sc, dec) x 6 (24)
R14-15: sc around (2 rounds) (24)

Sew the body to the head.

Arms (in white yarn)

Sl st and FO. Stuff and leave a tail for sewing.

Sew the arms to each side of the body directly under the head
around 6sts apart.

Overalls (in baby blue yarn)
First leg:
R1: ch 16 (16)
R2: sc into the first ch to form a circle
then sc 15 more (16)
R3-6: sc around (4 rounds) (16)

Repeat R1-R6 for the 2nd leg but do not
FO. Sc into the first onesie leg to connect,
this will count as your first st on row 7.
R7: (15sc, inc) x 2, (34)
R8-11: 34sc around (4 rounds) (34)
We will now be working in rows for the
front part of the overalls.
R12: 5sc, ch1, turn (5) 9 sts

R13-15: 8sc, ch1, turn (3 rounds) (8)


R16: 8sc (8)
FO and weave in ends.
Insert your hook in the front corner of
the overalls and pull the yarn through.
Ch11 then skip 9sts and connect on the
10th st of the overalls with a slst. (Refer connect on
10th st
to pictures) (You might need to adjust the
amount of chains depending on your yarn) Repeat on the
other side for the second overall strap. Weave in all ends.

Shirt (in pink yarn)
We will crochet the shirt starting from
the bottom.
R1: ch 26 (26)
R2: sc into the first ch to form a circle
then sc 25 more (26)
R3: 26sc around (26)
R4: 4sc, ch6, sk6, 6sc, ch6, sk6, 4sc (26)
For R5, sc into the chains you made in R4.
R5: 26sc around (26)
R6: sc, (2sc, dec) x 6, sc (20)
FO and weave in ends. 6sc

Sleeves sc sc

6sc
R1-5: 14 sc around arm holes, making sure
to also sc into the corners (5 rounds) (14)
Sl st and FO.
Repeat on the second arm hole.
Weave in ends.

Bow (in pink yarn)
For the bow we will be working in
rows.
R1: ch46 (46)
R2: starting in the second ch from
your hook, 45sc, ch 1, turn (45)
R3-4: 45sc, ch1, turn (2 rounds) (45)
R5: 45sc (45)
FO and weave in ends.
Fold the long strip evenly in thirds,
then pull the ends of the bow out so
they are visible at the bottom (refer
to figure 1)
Using another piece of pink yarn,
wrap the yarn around the middle of
the bow tightly and make a knot in
the back (refer to figure 2)
Sew the bow to R4-5 on the back of
the bunny’s head.
