PROPOSED SOLAR POWER SYSTEM
The objective is to meet the preliminary Electrical energy needs of the property with Renewable Energy through ‘Solar Photovoltaic
(PV)’ technology.
In view of the above understanding, we propose to install a Solar PV system on the rooftop of the Sheds / RCC roofs. The daily
averageenergy needs in the daytime (6 am-6 pm) i.e. consumption during sunny – hours can be fed by solar PV systems.

SCOPE OF WORK

Our scope consists of
1 EPC SCOPE ▪ Complete Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of solar power plants.
▪ Providing Warranty Services and warranty assessment as mentioned in our warranty terms.
▪ Supporting - Online Solar Monitoring System (RMS).
▪ Supporting - Net metering prefeasibility to Installation of Net meter.
▪ Site-specific considerations will require assistance and cooperation from the Buyer, as outlined
2 CUSTOMER below:
SCOPE ▪ The Buyer shall make available, prior to coming into force, full “right of access”, “possession”
and “right of easement” of the Site to the Contractor and all its assigned sub-contractors during
the complete tenure of the Contract.
▪ Provide access to the work site for delivery of equipment and materials prior to and during
project implementation.
▪ Provide a suitable and secure space for storage of equipment and materials.
▪ Temporary construction power and water arrangement at the site.
▪ Facilitate access of work crew to the work site 7 days a week.
▪ Facilitate interfacing with the Buyer’s engineering staff for consultation as needed.
▪ Timely approvals may be needed during the progress of the work.
▪ Timely deposits are required for approvals and payments against the bills submitted.
▪ Post-installation, provide a load for testing of the system.
▪ Taking AMC after the handover of the plant.
▪ Arranging proper O&M of the plant respecting the OEM’s instructions including Periodic
cleaning ofthe Solar PV Panels to ascertain the warranties.
▪ Safety, security, and protection from unauthorized access to the system.
▪ Taking plant insurance etc.
▪ Net metering application fee to DISCOM for net meter installation.

The present rate of GST is 13.8% (composition of supply and services as a project) and any
variation will be to the buyer's account.
7 TAX VARIATION All additional cost/s due to statutory variation and/ or any increase of taxes and duties and in the
event of the introduction of any new taxes, duties, CESS, and levies in the future, will be payable
extra by theCustomer.

9 DELAY IN Any delay in payment may result in a delay in the execution of supplies under the order
