20% as an Advance on confirmation of the Work Order
2. Payment Terms 80% Against Proforma Invoice Before Dispatch of GI Structure items to be delivered
3. Project Completion 20-25 Days from the date of receipt solar NOC of DISCOM & Commercially
Clear order and Advance Payment.
4. Validity of offer 25 Days from the date of offer. After this period a confirmation must be taken.
Roof to be arranged and provided by the client Electricity & Water shall be
provided by client during the construction.
Provide safe storage space for the material being used for RTS system.
Provide Electricity supply to synchronize the inverter on commissioning
5. Customer Scope and commissioning onward.
Provide connection space in the LT panel to connect the Inverter Output.
Internet connection to be provided by the client for remote monitoring of the
RTS System.
Civil Material ( Gitti, Bajri, Cement, and Water) Provided by Customer.
6. Transportation All Transportation Including of the above mentioned BOQ up to Site of installation.
7. Net – Metering All govt. DISCOM Fees (File Charge, Demand, Testing for Net Metering,
Electrical Inspector Report) arrangement will be pay DISCOM in Customer
Scope.
8. 3 Year Complete System Warranty.
Solar System Warranty Solar Module Performance Warranty 25-30 Years.
Solar Grid Tie Inverter 3 Year (Warranty as per MNRE/Manufacturer Norms).
Component warranty as per the brand.
