Commercial Offer:
Our scope of work includes “Detail survey, Design, Supply of materials as per BOQ, Installation &
Commissioning, MPEB Works.
Assumption
This pricing is assuming that the AC wire will terminate at the localized Panel in the building. In
case it is required to extend the wiring to the transformer, there will be an addition in the total cost.
SYSTEM Capacity PRICES
3 KWp 1PH Solar Rooftop ON-Grid System Rs. 225000/- including GST
Central Govt (Direct Subsidy) Rs. 42000/-
Net Effective System Price Rs 178000/-
Warranty & Terms Conditions:
1. Warranty on inverters is for 5-10 years by manufacturer.
2. Solar PV Modules Performance warranty for 25 years and 10 years on product workmanship
warranty by manufacturer.
3. Warranty can be claimed against any manufacturing defect for all the components. No claim on
broken panels after installation or physical damage of plant components.
4. We also provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for plant at nominal cost, which includes
testing and performance check of entire system in every six months. AMC for 1 year shall be free
and thereafter chargeable @250/- kW/year.
5. Cleaning of panels is in the scope of customer.
6. Installation will be done within 30 days after the receipt of 80% advance payment.
7. Cancellation of order is not acceptable after PO / Order confirmation.
8. Any other terms and conditions not mentioned over here shall be as per mutual agreement.
9. Net-Metering will be completed within 45 working days from the date of payment receipt.

1) Validity: Our Offer is valid for 1 week from the date of proposal and thereafter our confirmation will
be required for further validity / updates.
2) Payment - 80% advance along with confirm work order, 10 % on material at your site and remaining
10% after the sanction approval letter of Net Meter.
3) Tax (Included): 12% GST on 80% Invoice value and 18% GST on 20% Invoice Value.
4) Installation (Included): Testing & Commissioning is included in above price.
5) Net metering cost is included on above price.
6) Transportation of material from Indore to your site is included.
