“JULIAN” WEAKENS INTO A LOW PRESSURE AREA AND IS NOW OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINE AREA OF
RESPONSIBILITY
Location of Center (10:00 AM)

The Low Pressure Area was estimated based on all available data
at 480 km North of Itbayat, Batanes or in the vicinity of Neihu
District, Taiwan (25.1°N, 121.6°E)

Intensity

Central pressure of 1010 hPa

Present Movement

Northward at 45 km/h

TROPICAL CYCLONE WIND SIGNALS (TCWS) IN EFFECT

No Wind Signal currently hoisted.

HAZARDS AFFECTING COASTAL WATERS

24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook

Moderate or rough seas over the following coastal waters:


 Up to 3.0 m over the seaboards of Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and Ilocos Norte
 Up to 2.5 m over the remaining seaboards of Ilocos Region and the seaboard of Zambales
 Up to 2.0 m over the northern seaboard of mainland Cagayan, the seaboard of Bataan, the western seaboard of Lubang
Island, the western seaboard of Calamian Islands, the western seaboard of northern mainland Palawan, and the seaboard
of Kalayaan Islands
Mariners of small seacrafts, including all types of motorbancas, are advised not to venture out to sea under these conditions,
especially if inexperienced or operating ill-equipped vessels

TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK


JULIAN weakened into a remnant low at 8:00 AM today. The remnant circulation of JULIAN is forecast to merge with the frontal
system over Taiwan area.

Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all
necessary measures to protect life and property. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these
hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials. For heavy rainfall warnings,
thunderstorm/rainfall advisories, and other severe weather information specific to your area, please monitor products
issued by your local PAGASA Regional Services Division.

With this development and unless re-entry occurs, this is the final tropical cyclone bulletin. Succeeding updates will be incorporated
in the 24-Hour Public Weather Forecast issued at 4:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily.
