              Message from the Executive Director
  Dear Parents,
  Greetings from Modern Public School.
At Modern Public School, we are committed to pro-
vide a nurturing and stimulating learning environ-
ment for all our students. So, we consistently strive
to create a positive and supportive classroom at-
mosphere where students feel valued and motivat-
  ed to learn.
A crucial component of this environment is disci-
pline, which is essential for students to reach their
full potential. We believe that discipline is not merely about enforcing rules, but about teach-
ing self-control, respect, and responsibility to students.
As parents, your support plays a vital role in maintaining a consistent approach to discipline.
To further enhance our disciplinary efforts, we request your support in the following ways:
  * Communicate Openly: If you notice any challenges your child is facing, please inform their
teacher so we can address them collaboratively. Staying informed about your child's behavior
and academic progress through regular communication with their teachers will benefit your
  child immensely.
  * Consistent Reinforcement: Reinforce positive behaviors at home and address negative ones
promptly and calmly. Addressing missteps helps in learning and growth.
  * Support Accountability: Help your child understand the consequences of their actions and
encourage them to take responsibility when necessary. Setting clear expectations regarding
homework, bedtime, and screen time will enrich your child’s life skill.
  * Model Positive Behaviors: Children often emulate the behavior they observe at home. By
demonstrating patience, respect, punctuality and honesty, you instill these values in your
  child.
Thank you for your partnership in nurturing responsible, kind, and confident learners. Togeth-
er, we can guide our children to make thoughtful choices and grow into their best selves in a
  positive and productive learning environment.
