Safety Violation Penalty Notice

Today during site safety inspection in female hostel south campus, It was
observed that Workers were deputed to work at height (Scaffolding erection
work) without using safety harness, Induction training, PPE's and I'd card
(Gate Pass) higher potential risk of fall from height which leads to serious
personal injury.
No means of anchoring the safety harness.
We have been repeatedly instructing that to provide proper lifeline and
safety harness while working at height/Leading edges. Yet you have not
followed the safety norms.

Therefore, MAM imposes a penalty of Rs : - 20,000 ( Twenty


Thousand only ), against your unsafe act which will be deducted from
your next RA bill.
Please note this is not the first time you guys are violating safety norms, as
per our record we have fined you more than 10 times and given our
observation numerous times.
