ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY SPECIAL THANKS OF GRATITUDE
TO MY TEACHER MR.YUVRAJ SIR WHO GAVE ME THE GOLDEN
OPPORTUNITY TO DO THIS WONDERFUL PROJECT ON THE TOPIC
CHATBOT ASSISTANT SYSTEM WHICH ALSO HELPED ME IN DOING A LOT OF
RESEARCH AND I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT
SO MANY NEW THINGS.
SECONDLY I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO THANK MY PARENTS AND FRIENDS
WHO HELPED ME A LOT IN FINISHING THIS PROJECT WITHIN THE
TIME LIMIT.
I AM MAKING THIS PROJECT NOT ONLY FOR MARKS BUT TO ALSO
INCREASE MY KNOWLEDGE

WHAT IS CHATBOT?
Chatbots are computer programs that simulate human conversation, written or
spoken. These days, chatbots are starting to integrate conversational AI, such
as natural language processing (NLP), to understand questions even if it isn’t
grammatically correct and then respond based on data it has collected.
A chatbot may prompt you to ask a question or describe a problem, to which it will
either clarify what you said or provide a response. Some chatbots are simple,
responding only to the question asked. Some are sophisticated, learning
information about you based on data collected and evolving to better assist you
over time.
Chatbot has acquired almost every other industry
due to its 24/7 availability and companies’ urge to
reduce manpower. E-commerce industries are one
of pioneers in using chatbots for lead generation,
customer support, increasing sales cycle, and
whatnot. The healthcare industry has seen a recent
increase in using chatbots to help patients fix
meetings with doctors, access basic health
conditions, guide people to the nearest health
centers, etc. Banking has used chatbots to reduce
human trafficking in banks. You can have your
manager, wealth manager, loan manager, and
nearest atm locator at your fingertips. The traveling
industry has adopted chatbots to help them manage
global customers 24/7 without taking leave in
generating leads, customizing bookings, hotel rooms
for customers, tour details, etc.

ENHANCING YOUR PRESENTATION

CONCLUSION
This study also found that increasing NLP (Natural Language Processing) technologies are
being applied to architecture when building conversational chatbots. This may be because,
by nature, we want chatbots to imitate human conversational capability, especially when
designing an open-domain chatbot that does not have a pre-defined dialogue context;
thus, the system needs to figure out and maintain consistency. Thus, there is another
trend we sensed during our review: when the fundamental goal is providing accurate
information to the users through closed-domain chatbots, researchers are more
interested in a dialogue system, which can express emotions and empathy.
Some papers also highlighted some of the potential key challenges of conversational
chatbots, such as how to achieve a system with human cognition capability or how to
dynamically adjust the profile when the chatbot is playing the role of a learning companion
or a student. This direction will add more features to a chatbot to output a good response
during conversation and evaluate a user’s status to provide a better customized response.
This can be leveraged in the educational support area to increase learning performance
and teaching skills.
