GROUP ANLALIZATION REPORT
The group meeting began at exactly 2:40pm with all group members present.
The objective of the meeting was to address the issues of the group by
analyzing each member of the group and suggest solutions to better run the
group as a whole. It was addressed in the format, member’s strengths,
weaknesses and improvements that could be done to increase the efficiency of
the group. Beginning with laeticia, it went as follows;

Menye Ewodo Laeticia


Strengths
It was noted that her strengths included the following:
• The questions she asks help the group to better understand how to move
forward.
• She’s always present and willing to work.
Weaknesses
It was noted that her weaknesses included the following:
• At times, she’s late and it turns to draw back the group as explanations
are needed to be redone.
• The speed at which she takes to understand what has been done is quite
slow.
• The questions she turns she turns to ask, though important, she turns to
put it in ways not really easy to understand.
Improvements
It was outlined by the group that she could improve by doing the following;
• Putting more effort in the finding of a particular topic in the project and
go and extra mile in order to solve the problem of taking more time than
other in understanding a given topic.
• She can also approach those with a better understanding of the given
topic for ease in learning, as it is easier to learn from someone who has
already learnt it than studying it by yourself.
The next member analyzed was Tabot and he was addresses as follows:
Tabot Ghislain
Strengths
His strengths were addressed as follows:
• He’s determined to achieve given tasks in the group.
• He’s very respectful and willing to help others on given tasks.
• He comes up with very good ideas.
Weaknesses
His weaknesses as a group member were addressed as follows:
• He turns to be always late.
• He’s quite quiet during meeting on-site.
Improvements
He was addressed and it was stated that the following could be done by him to
improve the efficiency of the group when working on tasks:
• He could work on his schedule and his time planning in order to come
early.
• He should try to be more social and interactive during meetings both
online and on-site.

Achuo Placid
He was the next to be addressed and following were said:
Strengths
His strengths include:
• He likes opting to do task as he is always ready and willing to work.
• Tackles problems of the group and organizes group meetings when the
leader is unavailable.
• He is determined and optimistic.
• Gives good ideas and is often on time.
Weaknesses
His weaknesses were addressed as follows:
• He sometimes comes late for meetings.
Improvements
• He can work on his schedule in order to avoid late coming to group
meetings.

Mofa Divine
He was the next to be addressed and following were said:
Strengths
His strengths include:
• He makes the group lifely.
• He gives good ideas as contributions.
• He is active in the group both online and on-site.
Weaknesses
His weaknesses were addressed and they included:
• He doesn’t have a lot of patience.
• He is at times late for meetings on-site.
Improvements
It was stated by the group that he could improve the groups efficiency if the
following was done:
• He can arrange his schedule in order to avoid late coming to meetings
and make him more patient as his plans are all arranged.

Fontem Junior
He was the next group member addresses and the following was said:
Strengths
His strengths include:
• He’s determined to know what was done in the group since he was
admitted into the group late.
Weaknesses
His weakness addresses included:
• He has missed meetings since he was admitted to the group.
• He’s not active in the online group to add contributions.
• He took a lot of time to adjust to the pace of the group.
Improvements
It was stated by the group that he could improve the groups efficiency if the
following was done:
• He could try to be more active in the online group and attend meeting
too.
• He could try to be more social with group members.

Teboh Manoiella
She was the next addressed and the following was said about her:
Strengths
Her strengths included?
• She’s always active in the online group.
• She acts as a good substitute for the leader in cases were he is absent.
• Incase of absence, she always communicates with other group members
to update them.
Weaknesses
Her weaknesses included:
• She isn’t as active when the leader is present, but rather very active in
his absence.
• She misses some meeting though her reasons are justified.
• She comes late at times.
Improvements
She could improve the group’s efficiency by doing the following:
• She can take responsibility even when the leader is present.
• She could try to sacrifice for the group to attend meetings, in order to
increase the group’s progress.

Suinyuy Mathias
He was addressed by the group the following was said about him:
Strengths
His strengths included:
• He goes an extra mile in working on the project by doing more research.
• He keeps the group lifely.
• He’s present for meeting to make sure the project progresses.
• He contributes very brilliant ideas that causes the group to think and this
helps the group to grow.
Weaknesses
His weaknesses include:
• He turns to be unreachable at times when he’s needed.
• He’s not always on time.
• He doesn’t communicate with members especially the assistant group
leader.
Improvements
He was addressed by the group and it was concluded that the following could
be done in order better both him and the group:
• He could communicate more with members.
• Arrange his schedule in order to avoid coming late to meetings.
A general problem noticed by all group members was the problem of late
coming and it suggested that in order to minimize late coming to meeting,
group members should plan their day and schedule properly. With all this said,
the meeting was concluded at 4:15pm.
