DIALOGUE:
          Let me explain first the procedures of the
       assessment We will start with an orientation
       like what we are doing now. Followed by the
       evidence gathering method . You will take the
       written test for 20 minutes, demonstration for
       _______minutes, and oral questioning .
        On my part, I will just observe you. I have with
       me this Institutional Assessment tools where I
       will record my observations and the evidences
       that I will collect based on the result of the
       written, demo and oral questioning. Then, I will
       give you feedback and            result of your
       institutional assessment.
       Remember to observe safety at all times.

    2. Here is the written exam, the test has 2 types ,
       Multiple Choice and True or False. Please read
       the specific instructions   carefully and write
       your answers on the answer sheet . Please
       answer    the test in 20 minutes. Approach me
       when you are through.
    3. Here are the tools, equipment, materials that
       you will use for your Demonstration in 30
       minutes. I will be around to observe and take
       note of my observations . Here is the copy of
       the specific instructions. Read and understand it
       carefully.     If you      cant understand the
       instructions .Don’t hesitate . to ask questions?

     everything that you have done. In written test:
     You answered 24 out of 30 items. In oral
     questioning you have answered all questions
     correctly.
  7. During the Demo, you have done the task
     properly. (mention the positive observations,
     then the negative observations and areas for
     improvement ) My overall evaluation is you are
     competent , congratulations. Do you have any
