DEMONSTRATION OF SKILLS SCRIPT

Good afternoon!
 Greet the trainees
 Let the trainees fill-up the First, I would like to welcome everyone. I am BJ P. Bactung your
attendance sheet facilitator in Visual Graphics Design NC III.
 Explain RPL, pre-test and
Learner’s characteristics I would like to thank and congratulate all of you for choosing SMCC the
place and venue for accumulating the knowledge and skills you desire
for.

Before we go on, let me first check the attendance. As I call your name,
may I ask you to submit your class card. This will confirm that you are
officially enrolled in this qualification.

(Call at least two STUDENTS' names)

This time, I am going to administer the pre-assessment tools for you to


fill-up. It will be used in the preparation and scheduling of the activities
of each trainee.

The pre-assessment tool is the learner’s characteristics. This is to


identify your learning styles. I will give you 30 minutes to fill in the said
form. Get one and pass. Ok done, may I collect the learner’s
characteristics form.

Second is the self-assessment check. This is to recognize the skills that


are previously learned and experienced again. I will give you 30 minutes
to fill-in the said form. Get one and pass. Ok done, may I collect the self-
assessment checklist.

Lastly, is the pre-test. This is to determine and measure current


knowledge about the topics covered in the qualification. It is a multiple
choice type of test. Fifteen items. Encircle the letter of the correct
answer. I will give you 30 minutes to accomplish the pre-test. Get one
and pass.

Time is up. may I collect the pre-test.


I hope you really answer honestly the pre-assessment tools because all

At this point, I will be assigning you your respective Work Station

 Assign Trainees to the Ms. _________, based on your self-assessment check, you have been
different Work Station working in an Internet Shop for the past two years. You have knowledge
and skills in Developing designs for a logo. And based on the
certification of your company, you have consistently excellent
performance in Developing designs for a logo . And base on the
demonstration you presented to me, it shows that you are competent in
the Unit of Competency Developing designs for a logo. For that we
will recognize your prior learning so you will be exempted on
Workstation Number 1 which is Developing designs for a logo and
your first assignment is on Workstation Number 2 which is Developing
designs for print media.

Ok, Ms.__________ you may now proceed to the learning resource area
get the CBLM on UC2 Which is Developing designs for print media ,
read the Information Sheet and after reading the Information Sheet you
answer the self-check and check your answer base on the answer key if

encircle the letter of the correct answer I will give you 30 minutes for

Training Evaluation So you have undergone all the units of competencies in VISUAL Graphic
Design NCIII.

Ok trainees, I have here with me some forms for you to fill up and
accomplish. One set is for your post-test and another set is for the
training evaluation.

First, I will administer to you the post-test.

This posttest is to measure what you learned during the training. It is a


multiple-choice type of test. Fifteen items. Encircle the letter of the
correct answer. I will give you 30 minutes to complete the pre-test. Get
one and pass. The time is up, may I collect the post-test?

Now, I will administer to you the training evaluation.

The primary purpose of this training evaluation is to identify areas for


improvement, for that reason please fill up what is outlined in the
training evaluation honestly.

I will give you thirty minutes to complete the training evaluation. Get
one and pass.

Are you done? May I collect the training evaluation?

Again, trainees, I would like to congratulate everybody for having


completed all the units of competencies required in this qualification
VISUAL Graphic Design NCIII. And you are now qualified to undergo the
National Assessment.

We will be announcing when and where will be your National
