EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1 | 2024 YEAR-END REPORT

SCHOOL ANNUAL IMPLEMENTATION PLAN STATUS

A. Review of PAP (Program/Project/Activity) In Terms of Physical Plan vs

Accomplishment for FY 2024

Basis for this portion is the 2024 AIP and all additional or supplementary budgets downloaded
to school. Please narrate here the mechanisms for the review of both physical and financial
accomplishments and other significant findings from the review. Accomplish the table and use
it in the presentation of your analysis. You may add rows, if needed and add additional tables
for each school PAP based on your AIP.
Cite the School’s Budget Utilization Rate, too for FY 2024.

Show also the following data:

B. Actions Taken Over Gaps and Gains

The school faced challenges in execution of planned projects due to several hindrances such as
circumstances beyond one’s control. Revised strategies and process improvement has been
considered to analyse the workflows and processes involved in the PAP. Streamlining or
optimizing these processes can help close the performance gaps. Continuous Monitoring will be
observed to ensure that the gains achieved are sustained and improved further. Involve
Stakeholders to ensure that they are engaged in both addressing gaps and celebrating gains.
Their involvement will help secure buy-in and drive forward improvements.

their best interests. Placing the child as the first priority when dealing with all identified or

pregnancy and births among the youth wherein education and awareness efforts are the very core
of the social crusade.
