4000 Series 68 Issue 1
Injector Calibration Tools April 2007

This Service Bulletin only applies to 4006-23 TAG1A, TAG2A & TAG3A diesel engines.
There is an error in the 4000 Series Workshop Manual TPD 1511E. The fuel injector calibration tool listed is
incorrect.
The fuel injector calibration tool (Perkins part number T6253/177) for a 12 mm injector is required for the 1800
rpm engines
The fuel injector calibration tool (Perkins part number T6253/353) for a 14 mm injector is required for the 1500
rpm engines.
