Start By: c. a. Remove the service brake (wheel spindle).

by a released spring force.
Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.
Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended
tooling to release the spring force.
4. Remove bearing (8).
5. Remove bolts (6).
6. Remove cover (7).

8. Remove bearing cup (9) from cover (7).

9. Remove springs (11). Remove plates (12) and discs (13).
13. Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to housing (18). The weight of housing (18) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Remove housing (18). Position housing (18) onto suitable blocking.

14. Remove Duo-Cone seal (19). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Duo-Cone Conventional Seals - Remove". 15. Remove bearing cup (20).
16. Remove compensator (22) and indicator (21).
17. Remove bleeder (23).
18. Remove elbow adapter (24).
