Stage # 01:
Second Stage is the implementation phase of the EMS & OHSMS Management System. HI-TECH shall make
necessary provision and limited support (in co-ordination with and support of the organization's personnel) for
the implementation of EMS & OHSMS Documents in the organization.
HI-TECH shall also provide limited support in conducting internal Audit and Management Review Meeting (only
one time before the certification audit)
HI-TECH shall also help the organization in the Initial Certification Audit conducted by the International
Certification Body and shall also take the responsibility for the closure of the Non-Conformities and Observations
which may be identified by the Auditors during the initial certification process.
