1 MOTOR CONTROL PANELS
Supply, installation, connection, commissioning, and testing of
motor control centers "M.C.C" as detailed hereafter. each MCC shall
have 3 indicating lamps for healthy power supply, selector switches,
motor starters, VSD, contactors, smart DMM and to be interfaced
with BMS, connection terminals and under/over voltage & phase
sequence relay and item shall include all disconnects and cables to
1.1 feed MCC loads (shielded cables to vsd controlled motors and fire LS LS
rated 950°C for 3 hours cables for smoke exhaust, pressurization
fans and life safety loads) as per MCC details. Each starter shall have
M‐O‐A selector switch, push buttons, run/trip indicating lamp, and
auxilliary contacts for interfacing with BMS and fire alarm system.

2 BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Supplying, installing & commissioning of building management
system to control and monitor Chillers,Pumps, AHU, Fans, split
units, lighting systems, MDBs, EMDBs, UPS, Generator, Elevators,
Transformers, integration with light current system, fire alarm
system, fire fighting system panels and item shall include the
following but not limited to:
‐Local control panels complete with DDCs and gateways.
‐System high perfomance 24/7 workstation c/w LED heavy duty
display 43" 24/7 working, event printer, rack and operator console.
‐BMS operating system and server.
‐BMS software and licenses.
‐Min 3 Handheld control touch screen 7" at least.
2.1 ‐EMT raceways, hot dip galvanized cable trunks‐covered type and LS LS
shielded cables as per manufacturer recommendations.
‐FCU`s control boxes and thermostats.
‐Field devices (Temperature, humidity, pressure, diff. pressure
sensors, butterfly valves, modulating motorized 3‐way OR 2‐way
valves, valves actuator‐electrical type, duct smoke detector, flow
switches, occupancy sensors, relays, motorized (fire/smoke)
dampers), control moduls to interface with fire alarm and fire
fighting systems and all required material (software and hardware)
for complete installation as per data point schedule, design
drawings, site requirements and supplier recommendation.

(at 50°C ambient) 0.8 p.f., 380 / 220V diesel Generator set
complete all necessary accessories and ancillary works and as
indicated on the drawings such as, but not limited to the following:
Control panel, critical silencer, flexible joints, exhaust pipes,
1.1.1 acoustic treatment, daily fuel tanks, Monthly fuel tanks 3 m3 fuel
lines, accessories, canvas, duct, air outlet louvers, monitoring and
protection equipment., Also including a set of complete erection
material and special tools.for the following units:
