BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 9, SERIES 2024
“RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING HON. IMELDA Q. DIMAPORO,
GOVERNOR PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, TO DONATE TEN (10) UNITS
JETMATIC PUMPS TO BARANGAY LAPINIG, KAPATAGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE.
WHEREAS, Barangay Lapinig is one of the 33 Barangays in the Municipality of
Kapatagan, Province of Lanao del Norte.
WHEREAS, one of the priority projects of the Sangguniang Barangay of Lapinig is to
provide water system in the barangay that can supply potable water to the constituents;
WHEREAS, the barangay has insufficient fund to provide the numbered request of
constituents for jetmatic pumps in order to sustain the need of the constituents;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay during its session dated January 24, 2024
agreed to pass a resolution respectfully requesting Hon. Imelda Q. Dimaporo, Governor,
Province of Lanao del Norte for jetmatic pumps in order to sustain the need of the
constituents in the barangay;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Eljie Uriel Quibranza Durano,
seconded by Jose B. Cayud-ong, it was;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to respectfully requesting Hon. Imelda Q.
Dimaporo, Governor Province of Lanao del Norte, to donate ten (10) units Jetmatic
Pumps to Barangay Lapinig, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of the
Governor Hon. Imelda Q. Dimaporo for information, and favorable consideration.
