MINUTES OF THE BADAC MEETING OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF
BARANGAY POBLACION SUR, BARCELONA, SORSOGON HELD AT ITS
SESSION HALL ON DECEMBER 9, 2023 AT AROUND 5:00 O’CLOCK IN THE
EVENING

PROCEEDINGS:
The meeting was convened at 5:00 o’clock PM with an opening prayer lead by the
Secretary. The BPOC New Chair Hon. Ronald G. Gading upon a quorum has constituted,
presented the agenda to be given appropriate action.
BUSINESS OF THE DAY:
New BADAC chairperson Hon. Ronald G. Gading gave his speech as the new BADAC
chairperson he promise to fulfil his duties and responsibilities for Peace and Order in the
Barangay.
First he acknowledge the presence PNP Personnel under the supervision of PCPT JIM
ADRIAN C NAZAIRE, OIC Barcelona MPS which conducted Brgy. Visitation/Information
dissemination to the Brgy. Officials of Brgy. Poblacion Sur, topic discussed is about the
Barangay Justice System, Crime Prevention Tips, EO 70, BIDA Program and KASIMBAYANAN.
He appointed Hon. Rico E. Hapa as new BPOC Committee Chair the latter accepted his
chairmanship and appointed Joseph Haboc as the Chief Tanod due to the resignation of the
former chief tanod.
He also assigned the duties of tanod and BHW and order them to conduct nightly patrol
and monitoring on non-resident and suspicious actions are strictly observed specially this
coming Christmas season.
After due consideration and deliberation, Hon. Elizabeth V. Estuye, moved a motion to
adjourned the meeting and duly seconded by all members present.
And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing Minutes of Meeting of
BADAC Council held on the 9 th day of December, 2023 at the Barangay Hall, Barangay
Población Sur, Barcelona, Sorsogon.
