Your offer for execution of the above work as specified in the tender is accepted. The Terms and conditions are
outlined below :

1. Contract Value Rs.20,00,591/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Five Hundred

and Ninety One only) [Inclusive of all taxes, duties,
contract sales tax etc. The rates for item Nos. 3,6,11
to 14 shall not be quoted for future reference.
The item Nos. 11 to 14 are not operated more
than scheduled quantity.
2. Security Deposit Total SD Rs. 1,00,100/-
a) Security Deposit for the work should be 5 % of the EMD Remitted Rs. 38,300/-

cards after their antecedents are verified by the concerned
Local/Railway Police.

All materials / fittings /appliances etc. used in electrical installations shall conform to BIS Specifications
wherever these exist. Materials approved by BIS and provided with ‘ISI Mark’ or approved by RDSO or
CPWD only to be used. In case of the materials for which BIS Specifications do not exist the Sr. Divisional
Electrical Engineer, Salem – 636 005 shall approve the materials for which two sets of samples shall be
supplied by the Contractor.
