AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEROR
I, _______________________________ both Filipino Citizens, of legal ages,
with residence address at Sagpat, Kibungan, Benguet, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as TRANSFEROR, hereby depose and state that:

1. The parcel of land that I the transferor transferred in favor of the transferee
by way of a “DEED OF SALE OF AN UNREGISTERED LAND” dated
________________, entered in the Notarial Register of ______________, as
per Doc. No. 87, Page No.19, Book No.77, Series of 2022, is a retention area
or portion of the retention area not exceeding five (5) hectares.

2. The land subject of the transaction is not tenanted.

3. There are no pending cases before the regular courts or any other tribunal
involving the land subject of the transaction.

4. I the transferor including my spouse _____________, own a total aggregate


landholdings not exceeding five (5) hectares.

5. I am executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative Order


No. 4, Series of 2021 and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.
