AFFIDAVIT
I, REYNALDO ANTE, brother of GLENDA C. ANTE, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:
1. That my sister Glenda C. Ante was the absolute owner of a property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-8678, more particularly described as Lot 15, Psd-11-026745 AR, containing an area of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Four (13,894) square meters, more or less, located at Maligo, Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato.
2. That by virtue of a Deed of Absolute Sale executed between Glenda and JS AGRI TOURISM VENTURES, INC., the latter became the absolute owner of the said property;
3. As the brother of the transferor of the above-described parcel of land, I further testify that Glenda has not availed of any loan/equipment from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) or Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP).
4. That due to the fact that Glenda is now currently working overseas, she is thus unable to personally execute this document.
5. That the purpose of this affidavit is to assist in the smooth transfer of title to any buyer of said property.
6. That I execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for all intents and purpose and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
