ORDER
This refers to the letter dated 22 September 2023 from the BJMP
(Pasig City) informing the Court about the incident that transpired on 16
September 2023 involving Accused Maria Cassandra Ramos, with the
attached recommendation of the Disciplinary.
Acting on the said recommendation, the Court hereby approves the
transfer of Accused Ramos in Pateros Municipal Jail to preempt any further
incident in the future, with a note that as to Accused Maria Isabel Tungala
Francisco, the latter has no pending case before this Court.
Accordingly, let a commitment order be issued to effect the transfer of
Accused Ramos from BJMP Pasig City to Pateros Municipal Jail.

Sections 5 and 11, Article II of R.A. 9165.
Said accused shall remain under your custody until further orders of this
Court.
The presentation for the evidence of the Defense is set on 17 October
2023 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon. The Jail Warden of Pateros Municipal Jail
is hereby directed to produce physically before this Court the above-named
accused on the aforementioned date and time.
