The undersigned accuses RANNIE LONGCOP y CAJUSAY of the


crime of VIOLATION OF ART. 179 OF THE REVISED PENAL CODE,
committed as follows:

That on or about the 12th day of October 2012, in Quezon City,


Philippines, the said accused, a private individual, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully, feloniously and knowingly don/use publicly and
improperly the prescribed uniform of the Philippine National Police, knowing
fully well that he is not a police officer, in violation of said law.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
