34. In a fruit garden total number of trees is 7500. Out of them one third are mango trees, (5)
1500 are orange trees and rest are banana trees. Find the number of banana trees
present there. Also find the ratio between mango trees and banana trees. Among three
types of trees which trees are of maximum number?

Cost of fifteen pens is ₹ 375 and that of six pencils is ₹72. If you want to purchase 21
pens and 12 pencils, how much should you pay?

35. a) Rohit travels by car with the speed of x km/hour for 2 hours and y km/hour for 3 (5)

hours. Write the expression for total distance travelled by him.


b) From the sum of 3x2 + 2y2, – x2 – 4y2 + 2xy and 6xy + 2x2 – 3y2,
subtract – 5x2 + 2y2 – 3xy.
