Dear Sir/Madam:

The department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. III (DOLE-ROII) is currently
Implementing Administrative Order No. 39, Series of 2014 also known as the DOLE Government
Internship Program (DOLE-GIP), to provide opportunity to poor/indigent young workers to the best
and the brightest who want to pursue a career in the government service, particularly in the fields of
labor and employment

Beneficiaries of this program are at least high school graduates or vocational-technical graduates
between 18-30 years old, and will be deployed of different government offices for three (3) to six (6)
Months to gain work experience I the field of government service. In return DOLE will pay the
interns an amount of Php420.00 per day in the form allowances/stipends which will be deposited
thru their Bank Accounts every 15th and 30th of the month.

In lieu of this, we would like to request from your good office to allow the following GIP beneficiaries
to open a savings account in your branch to be used during their internship with the Department

Michael Neil M Balanquit

Your utmost support on our request will ensure the effective and efficient implantation of the DOLE-
GIP program
