Guarantee, any amount ciaimea by Beneficiary from the Bank

shall be made without any set-off, counter-caim, withholding

law to make such withholding, the sum paid to the Bank shall
be increased so thal the actual amount received by the Bank
will be the amount it would have received if tere had been no
withnolding

in the currency in which the Bank effects payment against the
Beneficary’s claim under the Guarantee. If for this purpose

has been lost or destroyed or otherwise unavailable for return
to the Bank, until the expiry of one calendar month after the
Bank receives written confirmation from the Beneficiary that
the Bank has been released from its obligations under the
Guarantee.
