KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I BRYAN PADILLA, Filipino citizen/s of legal age, single, with residence and
postal address at 451 Ilang-Ilang St. Amihan Subd. Brgy. Tagapo Sta. Rosa Laguna do
hereby name, constitute, and appoint JONELL G. LOCATE likewise of legal age, single
and with postal address at 12 Camia St. Brgy. Sta. Ana Taytay, Rizal to be my own and
lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform any and
all of the foregoing acts and things, to wit:

1. To be the person to apply and request from the Department of Education (DEPED)
to certify, authenticate and verify (CAV) my college school credentials.

2. To secure from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) the authentication of


various documents which are necessary to facilitate or process my
deployment/employment.

3. To make sign, execute, deliver and receive any other document/paper necessary to
carry into effect this authority.

4. To do and perform all acts, things and deeds which are essential to accomplish the
foregoing authorities.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act or thing whatsoever required and necessary
to be done as I might or could do, I personally present and acting in person, HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to
be done under and by virtue of these presents.
