01. CARGO & COMMODITY : Rig Equipment


02. TOTAL QUANTITY : 4,248 Cbm / 1015.19 MTS
03. DETAILS WEIGHT & DIMENSION : As Per Load List On Attachment
04. DATE OF WORK ACTIVITY : Thursday or Friday - 09th /10th , 2016 (STILL PLANNING)
05. PRICES / LOCAL FREIGHT : Freight Competitively
06. WORKING SCOPE : PORT CHARGES AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

a) PORT CHARGES CONSIST OF


* PORT STORAGE - Cargo would be stacked at Port Storage with
2000Sqm on inside Port Area

* RECEIVING - Accepting to Rig Equipmemt at Port Storage (on


inside Port Area) Availability Shore Crane 2 Units 50Ts (4
Shift) for lift off (Grounded) at Port Storage for all Rig Equipment

* SHIFTING / DELIVERY - Provide 10 Units Truck for delivery all


Rig Equipment from Port Storage to Ship's Side also availability
Shore Crane 2 Units 50Ts (4 Shift) on arranging to lift on all
Rig Equipment from Port Storage on to Truck (at Port Storage
area)

* CARGODOORING (SHORE STEVEDORE) - Labour and


Mechanics (Forklift) on arrange for all Activity while working done for
Receiving and Shifting / Defilevry Work

b) CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
- Just Process the Document to Customs Officer based on
Complete Export Documents which be issued from The
company who own the Rig Equipment

07. PAYMENT TERMS : Termjin Payment to be paid 75% one day before working to be
done balance 25% before complete working done
08. SPACE TIME : Need not less than 3 Days before working should be informed
(Preparation time for all auxiliary equipment ready)
08. REMARKS : The price will increase if any changes as follows
a) the quantity to be find total more over than the last load list
(4248.06Cbm / 1015.19Mts)
b) Working method to be change from the first planning
c) Delaying working due to any problem arise from cargo owner
d) other problem else will be discussed with both sides

10. OTHER TERMS : REVERTING END OFF
