TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The prevailing taxes and their rates are shown in the above quotation. In case of any change in the tax structure before the work order, taxes and their rates
applicable will be charged.
Cheque should be in favour of 'Wood Brick Studio'.
The basic prices are inclusive of installation & Professional charges in the above quotation.
Execution of the work will start after the 50% of advance amount paid and sign-off on all final drawings and selections.
Any changes in design/specifications to be intimated by the customer in writing before the work starts.
Minor changes in size (up to 1 Sft)/design, specifications will not affect the quoted price/ confirmed order.
Minimum Eight to Ten weeks for work completion from the date of Advance paid unless specified otherwise.
Electricity connection required for installation shall be provided by the customer on each floor of the building.
Site scavenging: ownership of surplus material supplied to site for installation shall be detained by “ Wood Brick Studio ”.

INTERIOR PROJECT COSTING
MATERIAL SPECIFICATION:
All the plywood is considered of 710/303 ISI Grade.
BWP Ply of 18mm thickness for all kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
Commercial, Anti-Termite and Borer proof ply of 18mm thickness for all other wardrobes and cabinets.
Outside Laminate of 1mm thickness of SF Finish of any brand will be offered.
Standard white Inside Laminate of 0.8mm is considered in the above quote.
Kitchen Accessories of Hettich/Ebco brand of 304 Grade Stainless Steel are considered.
The basic cost of all the handles is considered up to Rs. 100.
All Lofts will be Frame & Shutter type only unless specified as box type.
If any material of Higher Brand or cost Required, the difference amount will be charged.
Chimney, Hob, Other Accessories & Appliances will be charged on actuals.
Hinges, Tandem Box / Telescopic Channels & other fitting are considered of Hettich Brand.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
50% of total amount to paid in Advance
25% of amount in Work Progress
20% during finishing stages
5% on the date of completion
