Notes,
This ITP serves primarily as a plan and it shall not be used to obtain signatures. Acceptance signatures shall be obtained on the
referenced verifying documents, which shall form construction quality record to be handed over to Company after the
completion of the works. The listed verifying documents are controlled independently. Therefore, the latest revision of these
forms shall be utilized. When filling forms do not leave any blanks. If something is not applicable for the case denote as
N/A. Use of correction fluid in verifying QC document is forbidden. If any correction required, strike once, correct and counter
sign.
