Grade 1 Reading & Writing Program

The San Antonio Elementary School in Samal, Davao del Norte implemented a Classroom Intervention Program in Reading and Writing Skills for Grade One students for SY 2021-2022. The program aimed to (1) develop students' writing skills through providing writing materials, (2) assess students struggling with reading through home visitations, and (3) increase performance in reading through appropriate techniques and evaluations. The program was led by teachers and involved students, with expected outputs of improved writing skills, properly assessed reading proficiency, and increased performance levels in reading.
